Taekwon-do-Wales Caerphilly is run by Mr Anthoni Fieldhouse 5th degree his classes are every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday at The Twyn which is located at Town Centre, Caerphilly, CF83 1UD. The time are 4.00pm to 5.00pm Sundays for Lil Leaders age 4 to 6, and 5.00pm to 6.00pm for age 7 to Adults Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Please contact Anthoni on via the contact link on this page.

I have been training in TKD for over 20 years gaining my international instructorship, which is one of my proudest  moments in my TKD career. I opened my first club in 2007 in Caerphilly and have been there ever since. 

With a background in aikido I give my lessons a different edge when it comes to self defense.
