Our Classes
At Taekwon-do-Wales we have classes for all abilities and ages. There are classes for children aged 4 to 6, where our very young students can develop self-confidence and have fun learning a martial art. There are classes for beginners aged 7 to 12, where our new students can start Taekwon-do without feeling uncomfortable training with more advanced students or black belts. They can also build their confidence and make new friends with the same interests. We have classes for adults including ladies only, and we have classes where students who enjoy tournaments can develop specific skills. Taekwon-do can also help you:
•Get Fit
•Lose Weight
•Boost Confidence
•Improve Self Discipline
•Increase Energy
•Learn Self Defence
•Keep the Bullies Away
•Make Friends with the Same Interest
•Focus On Your Self-Improvement
If this appeals to you, then please give Taekwon-do-Wales a try, and the first few lessons will cost you nothing.
If you would like to see the difference our classes can make for yourself, we would love for you to come and try a class free of charge. All of our schools are built on a solid and honest reputation, and we believe that you cannot make an informed decision before you try one of our classes out first.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you have booked your class, you simply need to turn up at the appointed time wearing suitable clothing such as jogging bottoms and a t-shirt. You will be in the beginners class with other, similarly keen students and will be guided into our world of martial arts. We will also have many instructors at hand to give you plenty of assistance and answer any questions you may have.
We do not ask for any money or commitment upfront, however, if you enjoyed the class you can sign up at the end, in which case we will often provide you with your free uniform there and then. Or if you prefer, you can go away and decide at a later date. Additionally, you can rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience and leave feeling invigorated.
