There will be classes today

at Fleur-de-Lis but there are no sparring or hand to hand self defence, or any training that involve close contact. Students from Oakdale & Caerphilly classes are welcome at no extra cost.  If all goes well we will open Sunday evening also. Once again sorry but NO! Parents or Family members in the Community Centre whilst training is going on.

5.00pm to 6.00pm Beginner to Green Belt Juniors

6.00pm to 7.00pm Green Belt and above Juniors

7.00 to 8.30 Teens and Adults all belts.

We will keep going as long as we can.
