Re Start of Squad Training

Its been two years since we have done any squad training since the start of the Covid Pandemic put a stop to everything. Last Sunday was the first day back wish was very successful. We plan to run the Squad training session once a fortnight and is for who are ready for high intense training both in Patterns and Sparring. Students do have to be at a good standard before they start, very fit plus sparring is a little more though and may get a knock or two compared to normal sparring at club level. For there the plan is to mould them into great competitors. Students interested in starting has to check with their instructor first one we are happy with the standard of that student then they could start Squads. If we do say no not ready yet, it's not the end of the road students will have to make more improvements to their standard then we will look at them again.
