Taekwon-Do-Wales.Com is made up of four schools Fleur-de-Lis, Cefn Fforest,Oakdale and Newbridge Taekwon-do which trains under the United Kingdom Global Taekwon-Do (UKGT) which is affiliated to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) which is a world wide organisation. The UKGT currently has Taekwon-do schools in Blackwood, Caerphilly, Bedwas, Nelson, Cardiff and other areas throughout Wales as well as the rest of the UK. Taekwon-do-Wales.Com is totally Non Political and has an Open door policy to all Taekwon-do Schools
Taekwon-Do-Wales.Com is a family run Taekwon-Do school with five BTC Registered Instructors myself Peter Kent-Marrast III degree, my wife Patricia Kent-Marrast II degree, Steve Dunstan I degree, Bryony Powell I degree, Michele Powell 2nd Kup and assistant Instructor Lauren Robson I degree. We all work hard to make Taekwon-Do-Wales.Com a fun place to be. But at the same time bringing out the best from our students in the development of Taekwon-Do. The Newbridge Taekwon-do School is run by Mr Stephen Dunstan I degree, I am proud that Mr Stephen Dunstan is runing his school under Taekwon-do-Wales.Com we will support him in every way possible.
In the limited time that we have been around we have had great success; we have had students in the National Welsh squad an Great Britian squad.
We have won many medals from tournaments around the country and we have over 180 students who train on a regular basis. We also perform some fantastic displays at school fates and fairs. Where the children and adults of our school, demonstrate colour belt patterns traditionally and to music, sparring, self-defence and students demonstrates the art of wood breaking. The displays we do free of charge to local schools.
